Welcome to my page! I am a Culinary Institute of America graduate and Private Chef with 30+ years experience in the culinary field. My Private Chef experiences have taken me from New York City to Paris, France. What brings me joy is cooking for clients with the highest quality, seasonal, and local ingredients. My services are designed for individuals and families who want to eat well while enjoying the bounty of flavors from my cooking style.
My custom menus are created by seasonality of ingredients, client’s sensitivities to specific special diets and other individual requests.
